The app ‘Plant your route’ is a fun, accessible and easy app. It's an app to stimulate and trigger to go out and have a walk, alone or together, just make your choice. This app gives access to nature routes in or close to Utrecht. It is symbolised by a tree, a metaphor for the roots where the expat originally comes from; by planting a seed, the roots and tree will grow in the Netherlands. By planting a seed, you create your account which is visualised by a tree. Now you can water your own tree (me-time, I want to walk alone) or the tree of somebody else (walk together). The more water you get, the more your tree will grow.
